Introducing Thomas F.Miller, Ph.D. T.Miller joined our organization in September, 2009.  He brings a wealth of training experience to our organization. He has extensive knowledge in the Healthcare field, is a retired veteran and specializes in helping Veteran Affairs leaders meet the mandated training requirements for leaders, supervisors and new hire orientation.
